“So helpful! I loved this class because it’s informative and flexible. I have a busy schedule this year so meeting once every two weeks was the perfect in-class time commitment for me. And the homework assignments are flexible — you can even skip assignments entirely. It’s up to you how much work you want to put into your prep; you get out what you put in! The teacher was extremely helpful in clearly explaining the tests, answering all our questions, and offering great practice in class. One of my favorite things about her was how she encouraged us to work hard but not lose sight of our priorities because at the end of the day, our identity is not in our test score. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this class to anyone looking for helpful and fun ACT/SAT preparation!”

“This is a great course for sophomores or juniors to take! I took it as a senior and only went through part of the course before sitting for my ACTs and SATs, but I already saw a big improvement. I was able to raise my SAT score by a 1000, and my ACT score by 3. Other than all the test taking strategies and in-class review, a major benefit of this course is that it prompts you to study consistently and track your progress, so that you do not fall behind or procrastinate. It also provides some extra resources such as vocabulary assessments that were helpful.”

“This course was one of the best I have taken as a 4th year TPSer. This course is really helpful for test prep and it’s very relaxing. The teacher explains everything so well and gives amazing tips. She also is very realistic and gen-z oriented with mental health and life. From all that I have learned, I definitely feel confident to keep studying on my own as I prep for the summer SAT.”

“My scores greatly improved while taking this class. My English score on the ACT went from one of my worst sections to my best. This course not only provides strategies and tips through the biweekly class and reading, but also assigns drills and tests to practice the strategies. It will familiarize you with the format and questions of both tests and improve your score along the way. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a test prep class.”
