Fostering academic excellence and biblical virtue to equip students for lives as local and global Christian servants.

TPS Offers 30+ Honors Courses in Every Subject and Grade Level

When you receive a transcript from TPS with “Honors” in a course title, it is supported by academically objective standards that promote the credibility of the official TPS transcript for a competitive college or scholarship application.

TPS receives many requests to list a course as “Honors” on a transcript. While there is no universal definition of an “Honors” course, the credentialed academic expectation is that an Honors course is differentiated from a non-honors course by objectively defined academic standards (i.e., it is not credible to simply label a course as “Honors” without academically objective differentiation). When you receive a transcript from TPS with “Honors” in a course title, it is supported by academically objective standards that promote the credibility of the official TPS transcript for a competitive college or scholarship application.

What are the benefits of Honors courses?
  • May be weighted more highly or even required in competitive scholarships or college applications.
  • Better preparation for advanced courses (e.g., AP courses, college in-major courses).
  • More competitive transcript.

TPS offers more than 30 Honors courses in all major subjects and grade levels, in addition to 20+ AP courses (many competitive colleges and scholarships expect AP courses for upper HS students).

Plan for success. Boost your competitive transcript or scholarship application with TPS Honors Courses.
