Fostering academic excellence and biblical virtue to equip students for lives as local and global Christian servants.

“This course was absolutely amazing in every way! I learned a lot about American history in a way that allowed me to really dive deep. I’ve taken lots of history courses before, but this is the first one I’ve taken that has gone straight to the source and show”This class was very instructive for me, as I had only taken one other U.S. history class in middle and high school (U.S. Military History). The main text is detailed and comprehensive, the in-class lectures are engaging and excellent as always, and the assignments are difficult without being frustrating or pointless. There is no busy work in this teacher’s classes, especially at the college level. Even if you are not as familiar with U.S. history as most American kids, you can still conquer this class with hard work and genuine interest. You must be able to read and comprehend college-level texts, spend time filling out study questions each week and be able to memorize large quantities of information for the tests. You’ll also be writing several academic research papers, which are the class’s highlight for many students because you can choose your own topic. I’ve never regretted taking a class with this teacher, even though modern history is not my favored period. Good luck!”n a variety of insights into some of these pivotal events. I had so much fun being a part of this course and highly recommend it to anyone.”
