Reviews from Students and Parents

“I started this class with poor health in every category. Being able to educate myself on what it means to have good health, along with how to apply it to my life, positively changed so many things for me. I could not recommend this class more.”

“This course has been extremely informative for both my spiritual and physical health. It teaches you the importance of taking care of your body and the repercussions and consequences if you don’t. I would highly recommend this class; the teacher is extremely passionate about the topics and explains things in a very understandable manner. If you want to learn a lot about human health, anatomy, and spiritual health, take this class!!!!”
