“I came into this class a bit skeptical thinking it would either be a) super hard with lots of biology terms and definitions, or b) a bit wishy washy and not practical. This class proved me wrong and it is one of the most useful classes I have taken with TPS so far! It was very interesting, practical, not too intense, and I learned so much that I can apply to every aspect of my life. I really liked how the class covered all aspects of health, not just physical health. I definitely recommend it!”

“The class consists of a broad study of topics yet was also able to delve into many of them quite thoroughly. Class time had plenty of student participation, fascinating discussions, and real life examples of many of the topics. I feel the class gave me a strong fundamental foundation for improving my own and helping others with their health, wellness, and psychology. It has also helped me feel more prepared and capable to assist in emergency situations involving CPR and choking.”

“I loved all the different aspects on learning how to live a healthy life: spiritual health, emotional health, physical health, and mental health. I also enjoyed the way the teacher never put any of us down. They always were positive and supportive in class, showing ways we could improve instead of pointing out our failures. Overall, I really enjoyed this class because of the amazing content discussed, the amazing teacher, and the great support from all my classmates.”
