It is ideal for a student preparing for the essay writing in any TPS grade 9 (English 3) level course.

“Through this class, I developed a system for writing thesis statements, structuring content paragraphs, and so much more. I feel more confident in my essay writing skills now, and excited to continue writing throughout high school because I feel much better equipped.”

“If you need preparation for English 3 this class is for you. It gives a refresher on English 1 and 2, and then goes into some of the writing skills a student will be learning in English 3. This class taught me exactly how to write things in a totally new way. I personally recommend it for all who need to be equipped for English 3.”

“This class is a very insightful experience. I learned a lot about grammar and the six writing traits. Even with the things that were a review for me, I still learned something new about that topic in this class. The teacher is very knowledgable and gives very helpful feedback to help our writing become stronger. Overall, the class is very informative and a great help to grow your writing over the summer.”
