“This course effectively taught me how the science I learned in regular Biology class applied to marine life and ecosystems. We covered topics that cause debate and frustration at all levels of society, like global warming, pollution, land management, etc. I am really happy with how the teacher handled these topics. She presented everything in a way that allowed for questions and helped us examine the different opinions without prejudice. The content was challenging, but after taking a biology class I didn’t find it to be too dificult.”
