Dropping a Course
Self-Management Window
- For a brief time (several hours) after enrolling in an Open Seat of a course, you may self-drop that enrollment from your family account with full reversal of all tuition and materials fees.
- This option is provided to allow for self-managing complex schedules, not as a grace period for holding seats without commitment of payment.
- Once this short self-management window expires for the course such that you can no longer drop the course from the family account, it will not be extended or renewed, and non-refundable fees will not be waived.
Switching to Another TPS Course
Except during the brief self-management window (above), if you are dropping a course to replace it with another TPS course, please notify TPS Support in writing so we may provide you options and manage the process efficiently for you.
Drop Requests in Writing
- All requests to drop a course must be made in writing to TPS Support. The live support team is not able to assist with dropping courses.
